Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Technical Sales Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales administration and coordination to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage sales orders, quotations, and product information for new purchases or license/maintenance renewals.
  • Process confirmed sales orders and handle customer delivery requests.
  • Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Assist with tender requirements and follow-up in liaison with Suppliers and the Technical Solution Team.
  • Build strong customer relationships to identify additional business opportunities.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum 'O' Level with 2 to 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in the Information Technology or IT System Integrator industry.

A strong customer experience mindset with excellent listening, understanding, and response skills is essential for success in this position.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is $40,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
