We are seeking a highly skilled Business Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the sales team in administrative tasks, including client relations and program management.
About the Role
The Business Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business. Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing appointment letters and program budget sheets
- Supporting procurement-related documents and liaising with external agencies
- Liaising with stakeholders and updating administrative records
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Proven experience in engaging and maintaining client relationships in a complex organisation
- Demonstrated experience in administration work related to program management
- A client-centric approach and ability to solve problems consultatively
- Effective communication skills with senior-level internal and external clients
Salary Information
We offer an attractive salary range of SGD 45,000 - SGD 60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
