Business Operations Coordinator

The Administrative Executive will provide critical support to our leadership team, ensuring seamless daily operations of the business and office. To excel in this role, you will need to be highly organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to handle confidential information effectively. Additionally, you will need to be able to adapt to changing workloads and priorities, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Procure and manage office inventory and supplies
- Manage frontdesk reception duties, including answering calls and hosting guests/clients
- Oversee office space management and ensure a smooth working environment
- Act as a liaison with various vendors and suppliers
- Manage office maintenance and repairs, and ensure that equipment is functioning properly
- Perform general administrative duties, including travel arrangement, mail, and meeting coordination
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of administrative matters
- Assist in organizing team events and outings
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of administrative experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Platform
