Employee Experience Manager

In this dynamic role, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining seamless people processes within the organization. Your responsibilities will revolve around ensuring that our hiring flow remains organized, assisting with scheduling, and providing support to hiring managers in a way that keeps them productive.
You will be instrumental in creating a welcoming onboarding experience for new hires, which includes managing forms, documents, welcome kits, and checklists. This will involve acting as the go-to person for all things people-related, such as birthdays, buddy calls, leave tracking, and general assistance with various inquiries and tasks.
You will also contribute to building internal resources like FAQs, templates, feedback forms, culture documents, and onboarding kits. Additionally, your involvement in enhancing the overall employee experience through team dynamics, performance check-ins, and celebrating milestones like birthdays and anniversaries will be crucial.
Required Skills and Qualifications- 1 year of experience in a People Ops role
- Proficiency in utilizing tools such as Notion, Typeform, Discord, Google Sheets or suggesting better alternatives
- Effective communication skills, both in creating clear documentation and delivering kind messages via Slack
- Being highly organized, finding satisfaction in completing checklists, and prioritizing meaningful and enjoyable work experiences
