Job Title: Engagement & Diversity Manager
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Engagement & Diversity Manager. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and implementing plans to promote employee engagement and diversity, while fostering a culture of inclusion and equity.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and implementation of our HR 2025 Employee Engagement strategy, with a focus on improving employee engagement through strategic initiatives aligned to regional growth ambitions.
- Develop and manage key programs such as wellness programs, employee recognition programs to foster engagement, and support critical change programs to improve employee engagement.
- Partner with stakeholders across HR, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development to create a culture of impact through strategic initiatives.
- Analyze attrition trends, exit interview feedback, and recommend strategies to improve retention.
- Deliver strategic input to develop and manage a HR communications strategy/calendar, in conjunction with HR functional experts.
- Evaluate employee journey touchpoints and propose solutions to improve the employee experience.
Diversity Equity and Inclusion
- Support in the development and implementation of a strategic DEI roadmap for APAC, aligned with global DEI strategy.
- Collaborate with L&D, Territory HR teams, Regional HR business partners, Global DEI stakeholders, and Brand & Communications to deliver the regional DEI strategy.
- Establish KPIs to assess effectiveness of DEI initiatives and communicate progress towards regional goals.
