We are seeking a Senior Employee Experience Manager to join our Singapore team. You should be an experienced HR practitioner, ready to help Construct Digital strengthen our people-first culture. We aspire to be leaders in people processes and are looking for someone to come on board to help us develop an Employee Experience and Culture that other agencies talk about. A natural leader who loves interacting with and empowering people, and ensures our team is well taken care of in all aspects.

**Responsibilities**
Reporting to the People & Operations Director, the key responsibilities include the following areas:
- Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive employee experience and talent acquisition strategy that aligns with the company's mission and values
- Collaborate with People/Leadership team to identify and prioritize initiatives that drive employee engagement and satisfaction
- Collaborate with Leadership team to design and implement programs and initiatives that support employee experience, recognition, and well-being
- Collaborate with Managers/Leadership team to develop and implement talent development programs that support employee growth and career progression
- Develop and maintain metrics to measure the effectiveness of employee experience programs and initiatives
- Stay up-to-date on best practices in employee experience and bring new ideas and approaches to the team
- Manage the employee feedback process and use insights to drive continuous improvement in the employee experience
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute employee experience initiatives and projects
- Provide coaching/support to managers and leaders to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to create a positive employee experience
- Drive a culture of inclusion and diversity, ensuring that all employees feel valued and heard
- Building and maintaining relationships with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide guidance on attracting and retaining top talent
- Manage and oversee the talent acquisition process, including sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding new hires
- Building a strong employer brand and promoting the company as a great place to work
**Requirements**:
- Diploma/Degree in HR, business, psychology, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in employee experience, HR, or a related field
- Proven experience leading the design and implementation of employee experience initiatives and talent acquisition strategies that drive engagement and retention
- Strong understanding of best practices in employee experience and a passion for creating a positive, inclusive workplace culture
- Excellent project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with managers, leaders and all levels of the organization
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to analyze data and use insights to drive continuous improvement in the employee experience
