Business Development Director Job

Drive business growth and expansion in the Data Center market across APAC as our ideal candidate. With a strong background in IP Data Center networking, you will play a pivotal role in developing go-to-market strategies and increasing presence in the region.

  • A minimum of 10+ years of experience in Business Development with expertise in developing business from the Data Center networking segment in Enterprise, Cloud, and Telco customers.
  • Proven track record of partnering with Channel stakeholders to drive collaboration and expand market reach.
  • In-depth understanding and knowledge of IP Data Center Fabric and Automation markets and competitor landscapes.
  • Technical expertise in IP Data Center networking technologies including but not limited to IP/Ethernet/BGP/VXLAN/EVPN, AI DC Networking RoCEv2/UEC, Container, Kubernetes, Cloud, IPSec, MACSec, DDoS.

Essential Skills:

  • Techsavvy: Familiarity with latest data center networking technologies and tools.
  • Sales Acumen: Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • IP Telephony Knowledge: Understanding of IP telephony solutions and their applications in the data center environment.
  • Data Center Expertise: In-depth knowledge of data center infrastructure, operations, and management.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Cisco and Juniper Experience: Hands-on experience with Cisco and Juniper networking equipment and solutions.
  • Telecommunications Knowledge: Familiarity with telecommunications networks, protocols, and standards.
  • ICT Sales Experience: Proven track record of sales success in the ICT industry.
  • Business Development Expertise: Ability to develop and execute business development strategies that drive revenue growth.
