Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with target customers and analyze potential deals and market strategies to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with local, regional, and global teams to pitch and close deals, building long-term partnerships with key decision-makers across major accounts.
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of opportunities, moving them through sales stages toward closure, while keeping CRM systems updated.
  • Set sales forecasts and volume goals for the Southeast Asia Data Center market.
  • Partner with Sales to determine the role of distributors in securing business opportunities, and guide pricing and quotation strategies.
  • Identify and assist in evaluating strategic alliances to broaden product and service offerings and access new markets.
  • Provide marketing and technical support for Data Center-related solutions to distributors and dealers.
  • Analyze market trends and sales performance to support management in strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Background in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Solid proven direct and channel sales track record.
  • Able to present and negotiate.
  • Results-driven, strong will to compete and win in a business environment.
  • A good team player and enjoys interacting with people of all levels.
  • Able to travel frequently and work independently.
  • Travel up to 50%.
