Job Title

Business Development Director for Data Center Operations in Asia


Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage key account relationships with senior-level executives to identify business opportunities and develop strategic plans.
  • Develop and maintain account business plans, identifying total opportunity, key decision makers, competitors, and recommended actions.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop proposals, value propositions, and alliances with assigned accounts.
  • Oversee the development of product and services solutions relevant to the accounts, ensuring priority in the product needs roadmap.
  • Establish the company as a leader in the data center industry community through thought leadership and industry partnerships.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business.
  • At least 15 years of related experience in sales and/or business development, with a focus on key account selling in the data center industry in Asia.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
  • Experience in the electrical infrastructure of the data center industry, preferably with industrial power protection solutions.
