The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth, improving efficiency, and enhancing overall business performance.**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve efficiency
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive dynamics to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategic objectives and ensure cohesive execution
  • Design and maintain executive-level performance dashboards and reporting frameworks
  • Track, measure, and analyze CRM opportunities, regional performance, and progress toward strategic and financial targets
**Required Skills and Qualifications:*** Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, strategy, or a related field; MBA or relevant Master's degree strongly preferred* 10+ years of progressive experience in business planning, strategy, financial analysis, or management consulting, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership or BP&A / Chief of Staff capacity* Proven experience working in complex, matrixed, multinational organizations* Strong financial acumen and advanced analytical skills, including proficiency in financial modeling, data visualization, and performance reporting tools* Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex information for diverse audiences* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, drive cross-functional projects, and influence stakeholders at all levels**Benefits:**This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, collaborate with experienced professionals, and drive business growth.
