**Job Title:** Business Growth Strategist
**Job Description:

As a key member of our team, the Business Growth Strategist will play a pivotal role in identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.


**Key Responsibilities:
  1. To conduct thorough financial analyses and profiling sessions with customers to understand their needs and objectives.
  2. To foster strong relationships with customers by providing regular market information updates and trend analysis on local and international financial products.
  3. In consultation with the senior management, develop monthly plans to achieve sales targets and meet new business and customer acquisition goals.
  4. To participate in marketing and promotional activities to acquire new customers.
  5. To source and contact individual prospects to expand the customer base.
  6. To provide high-quality after-sales services to ensure customer satisfaction.
  7. To manage anti-attrition and retention of clients through proactive measures.
  8. To organize and conduct sales presentations to various groups, clubs, associations, companies, and organizations.
  9. To solicit referrals from other parts of the organization.
