About the Role

The Business Growth Strategist will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, fostering strong relationships with existing clients, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.

  • Prospecting: Identify and pursue new business leads within the target market.
  • Closing Deals: Foster strong business relationships with existing corporate accounts to ensure consistent follow-up and successful partnerships.
  • Product Promotion: Carry out product promotions to market the company's products and capabilities effectively.
  • Quotations and Proposals: Coordinate the development of quotations and proposals to meet client needs.
  • Sales Strategies: Assist the Sales Manager in developing sales strategies to improve market share within assigned territories or market segments.
  • Trade Shows: Participate in trade shows to generate new sales leads.
  • Staying Up-to-Date: Keep abreast of the latest developments in technology and changing customer requirements and expectations.
Requirements
  • Degree Holder: Degree holder, preferably from the business/finance/accounts discipline.
  • Self-Motivated: Highly self-motivated, confident, tenacious, and results-driven.
  • Strong Work Ethic: Hardworking, good working attitude, perseverance, and resilience.
  • Communication Skills: Good writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer Development: Strong ability in customer development and project planning.
  • Problem-Solving: Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel at least once a month.
