Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the organization's compensation and benefits programs.
This includes ensuring the smooth execution of annual compensation cycles, including merit increments and performance bonuses, as part of the talent and retention strategies.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in any discipline, with 4–6 years of relevant experience in compensation and benefits or a related HR function.
Familiarity with rewards methodologies such as job evaluation and salary benchmarking is advantageous.
Solid analytical skills, with the ability to handle data and produce actionable recommendations, are essential.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the development, review, and implementation of compensation and benefits frameworks and schemes to attract and retain talent.
- Support the annual compensation cycle, including simulating merit increment and performance bonus calculations, preparing communication materials for stakeholders, and compiling and validating performance bonus and merit increment data.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to provide data-driven insights for enhancing compensation and benefits strategies.
- Support job evaluation exercises, contributing to the analysis of benchmarking data to maintain competitiveness and internal equity.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of compensation and benefits programs.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in compensation and benefits or a related HR function.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
