Director Global Client AcquisitionMogi I/O is actively hiring a highly experienced professional in the B2B sales and business development field to lead global strategic initiatives. As a key player, you will be responsible for driving new client acquisition, overseeing strategic enterprise account growth, and representing the company at various industry events. Your primary focus will be on acquiring new customers within mid-to-large enterprises and managing high-value accounts.To excel in this role, you must engage in consultative sales activities with CXO-level stakeholders and collaborate closely with UI/UX and delivery teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions. Key responsibilities include mentoring and coaching the business development team, ensuring alignment with marketing and delivery functions. Leveraging CRM, analytics, and automation tools will be essential for effective sales management and forecasting.
You should have at least 8 years of experience in B2B business development, preferably at the Director/Head BD level. Demonstrated success in new client acquisition and strategic sales within the consulting sector is crucial. A track record of managing CXO-level relationships and establishing strong commercial partnerships is also essential. Proficiency in CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and analytics is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills, business acumen, and leadership abilities are required for this role.
An MBA degree from a global institution would be advantageous, particularly if accompanied by previous experience in Big 4 firms or high-growth consulting environments.
