Business Development Manager, Global Logistics Leader

Job Responsibilities
  • Identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities in contract logistics, including warehousing, e-fulfillment, transportation, and value-added services.
  • Develop and deliver tailored commercial proposals for fashion and lifestyle clients.
  • Collaborate with solutions design, operations, and finance teams to ensure technical and commercial feasibility.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and service expansion.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer insights to inform strategy.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data and reporting using CRM tools.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or key account management within the contract logistics or 3PL industry.
  • Proven success in selling warehousing, e-fulfillment, and distribution solutions to fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce clients.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including value-added services.
  • Experience managing the entire sales cycle.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, able to work independently and in teams.
