What you’ll do
Develop and maintain a standard logistics operations processes for logistics specialists to enable a flexible team to manage multi regional shipments.
Identify gaps and drive process optimization for delivery fulfilment & logistics processes with the support of systems, tools, BI and Lean methodology.
Focus on customer requested delivery times by continuously improving related global on time delivery processes. This includes close collaboration with manufacturing sites, distribution centers and fulfillment teams.
Lead the creation of Value Stream Mapping of logistics & fulfilment activities. Based on that, drive system improvements and initiatives towards automated bookings.
Understand the detailed working of Transportation Management System, suggest improvements, and manage rules.
Lead the implementation of the BI roadmap for fulfilment and drive operational adoption of BI tools and dashboards, aiming to develop exception management and proactive process management.
Develop a functional training plan for logistics specialists and create training materials for use globally.
Setting up new warehouse processes that will support warehouse-base expansion globally.
Create and align processes as part of expected business expansion and logistics sites integration.

Who you are
Undergraduate Degree/Bachelor Degree in Logistics, Materials or Supply Chain Management
Minimum of 7-10 years in Operational environment of Warehousing, Distribution, Logistics or Planning.
Must be able to lead projects and work with multiple cross functional stakeholders.
Ability to energize & coach teams, develop and build rapport at all levels within the organization.
Demonstrated collaboration, negotiation & conflict resolution skills.
Proven ability to execute, multi-task, and deliver on commitments.
Effective problem solving, root cause analytical skills to lead and influence others to drive change (cross functionally and globally).
Good communication skills.
Lean practice experience is valued
