     Job Summary

This role is responsible for ensuring a seamless handover process to clients.

     Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct pre-handover inspections of units and coordinate rectification of identified defects.
  • Prepare handover kits and accompany clients to their units, briefing them on essential items.
  • Provide customer service and assistance to clients after handover.
  • Manage defects related matters between clients and the main contractor, including joint inspections and defect rectifications.
  • Develop and maintain a logbook for control of keys and access cards.

     Requirements

  • Diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years working experience in unit handover and defects management
