Customer Service Liaison

At MOTION SOLUTION PTE. LTD., we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Liaison to join our team. As a Customer Service Liaison, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your primary role will be to communicate effectively with customers, resolve their queries, and ensure their satisfaction with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with sales and engineering teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Process orders, confirm deliveries, and follow up with customers on shipment and invoicing.
  • Assist in exhibition, road shows, sales events, and marketing activities.
  • Communicate with suppliers to issue orders and track deliveries.
  • Perform tasks such as document filing, data entry, and office upkeep.
  • Ensure accurate inventory records and re-ordering of stock.
