  • We are looking for a skilled and results-driven individual to assist with employee engagement initiatives, resolve employee grievances, and counsel employees in a professional manner.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring legal compliance and handling administrative matters efficiently.
  • This role involves involvement in recruitment efforts, including placing job ads, selecting candidates, and managing interview and related administrative processes.
  • The ideal candidate will build strong and positive work relationships with employees and work closely with the authorities to ensure compliance of HR policies & procedures in Singapore.
  • In addition, the HR Executive will be responsible for preparing organization orientation for new staff members and performing on-site training and evaluation duties.
  • The incumbent will also handle payroll process and claims, as well as liaise with schools to secure students for internships.
  • Ad hoc duties may be assigned based on business needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a relevant field is required.
  • Possession of a Diploma in Human Resources or Business Administration-related discipline is essential.
  • Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
