Job Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Office Coordinator.

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our management committee and team lead, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

This includes managing office systems and records, handling incoming communications, and maintaining accurate files.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks (filing, data entry)
  • Maintain and organize office systems and records
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications
  • Draft, proofread, and format reports, memos, and correspondence
  • Assist in event coordination and tracking deadlines
  • Provide administrative support to Management Committee/Team Lead as needed

Requirements:

  • Basic computer skills (scanning, PDFs, file organization, cloud storage, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
  • Prior office or administrative experience is a plus but not required
