Your role will involve performing outbound calls to customers for cross-sell targets, understanding customer needs, and recommending suitable products. You'll work closely with our team to deliver purpose-led brand positioning and messaging across all channels.

To succeed in this role, you'll need good interpersonal and communication skills, a minimum of 'O' Level or higher education, and prior Call Centre and/or Telemarketing/Telesales experience within the Financial Industry (at least 1 year).
