About the Role

The Raffles Service Agent is a key member of our hotel's front office team, responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless reservation processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service Delivery
    • Provide personalized service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
    • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Reservation Management
    • Process guest reservations, including room assignments, rate applications, and special requests.
    • Verify guest information and ensure accuracy in the hotel's reservation system.
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Work closely with other departments, including front office, concierge, food and beverage, and housekeeping, to ensure seamless guest experiences.
    • Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management to resolve issues and provide updates.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Perform administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of guest interactions and reservation details.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Minimum tertiary education or equivalent.
    • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the hotel industry.
