Fintech Business Development Manager Wanted

Ambition Group Singapore Pte. Ltd. is a pioneering fintech company seeking a talented Business Development Manager to lead our growth initiatives in the Singapore and Southeast Asian markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, a deep understanding of the fintech industry, and excellent communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including banks, financial institutions, and fintech companies.
  • Negotiate deals and contracts to secure new business partnerships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and expansion.

Requirements:

  • At least 3+ years of experience in Business Development, preferably in the fintech industry.
  • Strong understanding of the fintech ecosystem and key players in Singapore and Southeast Asia.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Possess a passion for growth and willingness to relocate within Southeast Asia (work sponsorship provided).
