Front Office Ambassador

Job Description:

  • Processing guest check-ins and room assignments according to the hotel's rate structures and policies.
  • Answering inquiries about hotel services, in-house events, directions, and local attractions.
  • Assisting guests with luggage, safety boxes, and additional room keys.
  • Performing night audits and preparing necessary reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • An excellent command of the English language.
  • Outstanding organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
