Job Summary

We are seeking a Hotel Service Ambassador to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that every guest has an unforgettable experience.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Performing check-ins and check-outs with a smile.
  • Ensuring all reservations are accurately entered in a timely manner.
  • Handling guest enquiries and complaints with empathy and professionalism.
  • Attending to customers' needs and exceeding their expectations.
  • FOLLOWING up on email enquiries to provide prompt solutions.
  • Working closely with the Housekeeping and Maintenance Department to ensure seamless operations.
  • Carrying out duties and responsibilities assigned by the Hotel Manager.

This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
  • No prior work experience is required, but a passion for hospitality is essential.
  • Specialized training in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent would be highly valued.

Skill sets expected in this field include Front Office, Customer Service Oriented, Water, Housekeeping, Inventory, Composition, VIP, Property, Counseling, Golf, Opera, Facility Maintenance, Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, Hospitality, Customer Service Experience.
