We are looking for a charismatic professional to represent our hotel's face and be the last impression our guests remember. As a Front Office Ambassador, you will be responsible for creating unforgettable experiences and turning ordinary stays into extraordinary memories.
Your mission is to master the art of warm welcomes by checking guests in and out with charm and efficiency. You will also wield organization skills by handling reservations, answering phones, and keeping everything running smoothly.
You will embody problem-solving skills by addressing guest requests and resolving issues with grace and a positive attitude. Additionally, you will share your local knowledge and recommendations to help guests have the best time ever.
We are looking for someone with a bright, positive, and energetic personality. A 'can-do' attitude and a knack for making people feel special are also essential. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are required. Previous experience in a hotel front office is a plus.
