As a Customer Experience Ambassador, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests. This includes:

  • Welcoming guests and processing check-ins and room assignments;
  • Answering inquiries about hotel services, directions, and attractions;
  • Assisting guests with luggage, safety boxes, and transportation;
  • Performing audits and preparing reports;
  • Handling customer-related enquiries and maintaining confidentiality.

Skill Requirements:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment;
  • Ability to work flexibly and attend meetings as scheduled;
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills;
