Guest Experience Ambassador Job Description

We are seeking a charismatic and service-oriented individual to fill the role of Guest Experience Ambassador at one of Singapore's most iconic attractions. This position involves delivering exceptional customer experiences that leave a lasting impression on our visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Capture Memories: Take high-quality photos of our visitors at the attraction site, capturing their smiles and laughter.
  • Edit and Print Photos: Edit, customize, and check photos before printing to ensure they are perfect for our guests.
  • Provide Top-Notch Service: Offer exceptional customer service to ensure every guest feels valued and appreciated during their visit.
  • Assist with Other Duties: Assist with other duties as assigned to ensure seamless operations and provide a positive experience for our visitors.
Requirements:
  • Customer Service Orientation: Possess excellent customer service skills and be able to handle a variety of situations with ease.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Develop strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with colleagues and guests alike.
  • Photography Skills: Have basic photography skills or be willing to learn and develop your skills in this area.
  • Communication Skills: Possess effective communication skills to clearly convey information to colleagues and guests.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations with ease.
