Customer Experience Ambassador

Leverage your exceptional interpersonal skills to deliver world-class customer service, fostering meaningful connections with every guest. As a Customer Experience Ambassador, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring that each interaction is personalized, attentive, and exceeds expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with guests to provide tailored solutions, meeting their unique needs and preferences.
  • Conduct accurate and timely transactions, while executing omnichannel programs according to company standards.
  • Provide technical product education, articulating the value and benefits of our products in a clear and concise manner.
  • Dynamically cover the floor to continuously engage with guests and address multiple store needs.
  • Receive guest feedback and partner with leadership to take appropriate action, ensuring a positive experience for all.

Requirements:

  • High School or Secondary School diploma equivalent or above.
  • Legally eligible to work in the jurisdiction of the assigned store.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
