We are seeking a skilled and friendly individual to join our team as a Contract Service Ambassador. This role involves welcoming and orientating visitors/patients upon arrival, assisting with online pre-registration and checking in at self-help kiosks and entry gantries, and ensuring crowd control and proper queue management.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and orientate visitors/patients upon arrival
- Assist visitors/patients with online pre-registration and checking in at self-help kiosks and entry gantries
- Ensure crowd control and proper queue management
- Conduct checks of the waiting area and toilets to ensure they are clean and well maintained
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
Candidate Profile:
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent customer service/patient fronting experience. You should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and possess strong communication skills.
