Front Desk Representative

We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Representative to join our team. As the welcoming face of our clinic, you will play a vital role in ensuring every patient feels valued and supported throughout their journey to better health.

As a Front Desk Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support, handling administrative tasks, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet patients and visitors warmly, making them feel at ease

- Handle calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries with professionalism and care

- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments accurately

- Explain practitioners' services and treatment options clearly

- Register new patients and update records with precision

- Manage payments (cash, credit, or insurance) and issue receipts

- Keep the front desk and waiting area tidy and welcoming

- Assist in preparing and selling prescribed herbal formulas and products

- Provide patients with clear instructions for herbal preparation and use

- Monitor and manage inventory for front-office and retail items

Requirements

- Prior front desk, admin, or customer service experience

- Friendly, professional, and patient-focused attitude

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills

- Comfort with basic computer systems for scheduling and records
