We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our dynamic People team at Lalamove, focused on building scalable people frameworks.

This individual will be responsible for leading our People Operations and Talent Acquisition teams, ensuring seamless operations throughout the employee life cycle.

The role will report directly to the Vice President People and collaborate closely with our Director of People, overseeing people operations in our global network outside HKSAR.


Key Performance Areas:
  • End-to-end People function execution: talent acquisition, people operations, compensation & benefits, and employee relations.
  • Leadership and team development: encompassing recruitment, training, mentoring, teamwork facilitation, and succession planning.

Driving strategic direction and formulation through contributions to corporate-wide people policies, procedures, systems, and initiatives.

Fostering a deep understanding of the business environment and providing strategic business partnership to senior executives and nurturing a strong people vision.

Cultivating a strong people vision within functional teams and building cross-functional partnerships to achieve shared goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in HR and management, preferably in a high-growth setting.
  • Prior experience in both HR and business/operations is advantageous.
  • Proven expertise in employee relations and talent acquisition, spanning multiple roles.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective engagement with all organisational levels.
