**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Marine Operations Specialist to lead and manage a team of Fleet Engineering Specialists in maintenance and repair of marine craft machinery and equipment.

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic professional who can drive fleet innovation, newbuild projects, and adoption of emerging technologies. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating with Fleet Operations on daily deployment, repair, maintenance, and operational readiness.

In this role, you will oversee maintenance schedules, docking projects, inventory management, and documentation of assets and spares. You will also mentor and develop the engineering team, ensuring performance, discipline, and continuous learning.

**Key Responsibilities:
