Class Organization

Enrolment Support

  • Respond to enquiries from prospective students and parents regarding courses, fees, and enrolment procedures.

Social Media Marketing

  • Assist in creating and scheduling social media posts to promote our programs, events, and initiatives.
  • Monitor social media channels and engage with followers to enhance our online presence.

Finance and Administration

  • Handle daily financial transactions, including processing payments, issuing receipts, and performing daily closing procedures.
  • Assist with monthly financial closing, including reconciling accounts, processing claims, and preparing financial reports.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with our financial policies and procedures.

General Administrative Support

  • Provide general administrative support to the team, including answering queries, managing documents, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Assist with event coordination and other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of a Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within an educational or arts institution.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with enrolment and finance management systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with social media marketing and content creation is an advantage.
