Job Title: Office Administrator
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team at Qube Research & Technologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our growing team of traders, researchers, and technologists.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting Visitors: Greet visitors and ensure they are directed to the correct person or area.
- Meeting Room Bookings: Manage meeting room bookings and ensure that all necessary equipment is available.
- Phone Calls: Answer and direct phone calls to the relevant team members.
- Office Supplies: Order office and pantry supplies as needed.
- Office Tidiness: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the office.
- Travel Arrangements: Book and manage travel arrangements for team members.
- New Hire Onboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Visitor Support: Assist overseas visitors with seating, access, and other needs.
- Office Meals: Coordinate office meals and events.
- Special Events: Assist with special events, such as office outings and trainings.
Requirements:
- Cultural Awareness: Ability to work with global teams and demonstrate cultural awareness.
- Team Player: Enthusiastic, flexible, and committed team player with excellent communication skills.
- Administrative Experience: 2+ years of experience in office administrative work.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and working knowledge of office equipment.
- Time Management: Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Attention to Detail: Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
