Job Summary

We are seeking an Office Administrator to support our growing team of traders, researchers, and technologists in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional administrative support to the team, including greeting visitors, managing meeting room bookings, and answering phone calls.
  • Order office and pantry supplies, maintain office tidiness, and book travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate onboarding setup for new hires, assist overseas visitors, and coordinate office meals.
  • Assist in special events, office renovations, and other projects as needed.
Requirements
  • Cultural awareness and ability to work with global teams.
  • Enthusiastic, flexible, and committed team player with 2+ years of experience in office administrative work.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, excellent time management, and strong organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail, ability to multitask, and good written and communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, such as printers and copiers.
