Job Title: Head of Corporate Banking

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our corporate banking efforts in Southeast Asia.

  • This role requires strong leadership skills, with experience managing teams and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in commercial banking, with a focus on syndicated & bilateral loans.

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing credit applications, presenting loan agreements, and overseeing post-deal risk management. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to review financial data and securities credit spreadsheets, are essential for this role.

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Economics or any related discipline is required. A minimum of 15 years' experience in banking, with expertise in key commercial banking solutions and credit issues, is also necessary.
  • Prior people management experience and excellent communication skills are vital for mentoring and guiding team members. Proficiency in English and Korean is required for effective communication with clients and colleagues.
  • A strong understanding of international lending markets and trends, particularly in Southeast Asia, is essential for anticipating and responding to market changes.
