Deputy Head, Corporate Banking

1. Assist General Manager in managing the department and responsible for the assigned team(s) of the department.
2. Responsible for the marketing and customer relationship management of the industry segments assigned.
3. Expand the company's customer base, promote deposits, loans, settlements, funds and other products, and promote high-end product innovation.
4. Implement various rules and regulations for the branch's corporate banking business, play the role of "first line of defense", do a good job in internal control management and risk prevention, strengthen the supervision and inspection of business processes and operating specifications, and ensure the healthy and compliant development of corporate banking business.
5. According to the assigned work of the department's corporate banking business, formulate annual, quarterly and monthly work plans for the team in charge, as well as phased marketing plans and programs, and implement the decomposition, assessment and evaluation of the business goals of the team(s) assigned;
6. Other tasks assigned by superiors
**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor degree holder with at least 5 years working experience in corporate banking or management role in banking industry.
2. Strong analytical, communication and coordination skills
3. Proficient in English and Mandarin so as to understand documents written in Mandarin and communicate with Mandarin speaking colleagues locally and from Head Office.
