Head of Treasury – Corporate Banking | Singapore

Our client, a well-capitalised and full-licensed wholesale bank in Singapore with strong roots in Asia, is currently seeking a seasoned treasury professional to lead its expanding Financial Trading and Financial Marketing teams. This is a high-impact leadership role with direct oversight of balance sheet strategy, treasury product development, and front-office treasury operations.

As their appointed search partner, we are supporting them in identifying a forward-thinking Head of Treasury to join their leadership team.

About the Role

This role sits at the heart of the bank's corporate-focused treasury function. Reporting directly to senior management and interfacing with headquarters, you will be responsible for the full suite of treasury activities — from interest rate and FX risk management, to funding strategy, bond investments, ALCO hosting, and expanding treasury product offerings.

You will oversee two key teams (Financial Marketing and Financial Trading), and play a central role in shaping the bank's treasury roadmap and supporting broader corporate banking objectives.

What We're Looking For

15–20 years of experience in banking, ideally from a corporate banking background

Strong knowledge in treasury product development, trading, and marketing

Leadership experience managing treasury or front-office teams

Track record of success in meeting budgets, regulatory alignment, and cross-department collaboration

Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred due to regular liaison with HQ
