Overview

HEAD OF TREASURY | REGIONAL FINTECH

Our Client is part of a large established Financial Services Holding Group with a sizeable deposit base and growing lending book through its holdings and operations across the region. They hold controlling and strategic stakes in banks, microfinanciers, insurers, fintechs, with a focus towards digitizing products and services to enable swifter market access to the populations resident in Southeast Asia.

This is a senior role responsible for Regional Treasury with a strong focus on risk compliance and prudential capital and liquidity management while capitalising on the Group's advanced technologies and analytics to develop and maintain a comprehensive Treasury framework that will cater to multiple event-driven scenarios and satisfy all regulatory and internal liquidity requirements.

Responsibilities


• Senior leadership responsibility for Regional Treasury with emphasis on risk compliance, prudential capital and liquidity management.


• Develop and maintain a comprehensive Treasury framework leveraging advanced technologies and analytics to address multiple event-driven scenarios and regulatory/internal liquidity requirements.


• Collaborate with Group functions to ensure alignment with risk appetite and capital planning across regions.

Qualifications
  • 10+ years in Treasury in ALM or Trading.
  • Proven track record in driving year-on-year profits.
  • Excellent risk management experience and strong adherence to central bank regulations.
  • Fintech mindset.
