Global Treasury Head

We are looking for a dynamic professional with 15+ years of experience in commodity financing, corporate treasury, budgeting, working capital management, fundraising and risk management. This role would be heading the global treasury function of Valency International Pte Ltd.
**Responsibilities
Responsible for Supply Chain and Trade Financing, Factoring, Risk Management, budgeting and working capital management. Special assignments such as raising equity growth capital and project financing.
Ensuring Trade Finance, Receivable discounting, IM VM (Initial / variation margin) Financing, Forex and Commodity Hedging.
Responsible for managing and leading global corporate treasury function across geographies, cash flow planning / projections and liquidity management.
Oversee liquidity needs across the respective business operations and managing cash pool positions and to ensure liquidity at competitive rates including commodities.
Develop and maintain relationship with banks across facilities for fundraising new business and refinancing of high-cost facilities
Drafting the Risk Management policy and to track and report Positional Limits, Basis Limits, VaR, Credit Limits, Trade Limits, Working Capital, and Counterparty Exposures.
Responsible for detailed risk due diligence with various Commercial Banks DFIs & Insurance underwriters.
Work with trading desk for Annual Budgeting and planning and tracking of working capital across verticals.
Responsible for Real time tracking of Inventory and Receivables
Understanding of supply chain for Cash & Trade operations
Understanding of Commodity Financing Solutions and exposure to Credit analysis
**Requirements
Certified CA / CFA with at least 15 +years of experience in senior treasury roles (cash and liquidity management) across locations
