
Help Desk Support Representative Wanted

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional customer service by identifying and responding to customers' needs in a timely and professional manner. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing accurate information and advice to customers via phone, email, or other communication channels;
- Preparing quotations and raising Work Orders as required;
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders such as customers, contractors, and workshops to ensure seamless service delivery;
- Handling customer complaints and resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You should also have a minimum of Nitec and above, and at least 1 year of working experience in customer service, administrative, or support functions.
RequirementsThe ideal candidate will have:
