Job Overview

Amaris Consulting is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of on-site Telecom Implementation activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Coordination
    • Contribute to the development of project roll-out plans with the Roll Out Manager or Field Manager.
    • Manage and coordinate Telecom Implementation activities according to project plan and deployment processes.
  • Site Management and Quality Assurance
    • Coordinate and facilitate site design, equipment engineering, and Telecom Implementation with relevant stakeholders.
    • Support partners on technical issues and escalate to the Field Manager or Siso if necessary.
    • Conduct site/safety visits and quality audits as defined in the project plan and submit audit reports.
  • Documentation and Reporting
    • Collect, verify, and approve site documentation (TSSR, BOM, as-built, etc.) and ensure timely and quality delivery.
    • Manage clearance of site defects with suppliers and on-site alarm troubleshooting prior to site acceptance by the customer.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting
    • Collect actual services delivery performance information and determine the causes of any perceived deviation.
    • Collect information to provide latest estimates to completion.
    • Follow up and report work progress related to time schedule and quality to the Roll Out Manager and escalate deviations.
  • Quality and EHS Management
    • Act as the Field Quality and EHS Inspector for another project if necessary.
    • Ensure that deployment management relies on fact-based and verified schedules and forecasts.
Requirements
