Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive business growth and expansion in the Asia Pacific region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling existing clients.
- Manage and coordinate commercial activities across the Asia Pacific region, including business development, key account management, and sales operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of commercial strategies.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in commercial roles, with a strong track record of driving business growth and development.
- Proven experience in managing and leading high-performing teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong understanding of the Asia Pacific market, including market trends, customer needs, and competitor landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.
