Our organization is seeking a highly skilled IT professional to fill the position of Service Desk Team Lead.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team to provide first and second level technical support for end users, resolving system, application, network, and other IT related issues.
In addition to their technical expertise, the successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
The role also involves providing after-hours support, managing service requests, and ensuring that IT service quality SLAs are met.
The Service Desk Team Lead will play a key role in facilitating meeting room setup and maintaining up-to-date asset inventory.
This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze recurring issues and recommend long-term solutions.
The successful candidate will have experience working with IT service management tools, incident tracking, and prioritization.
A bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field is required, along with at least 5 years of relevant working experience in IT servicedesk and both onsite and remote support.
Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, Intune, and Information Protection is essential, as well as familiarity with Azure, SaaS applications, infrastructure, network, and cybersecurity concepts.
