Job Overview

The role of Total Rewards Lead is a strategic position responsible for managing the company's compensation structures, ensuring they are competitive, equitable, and compliant.


This leader will oversee the annual salary review process, conduct market benchmarking using compensation surveys and intelligence to determine pay ranges by location, develop and maintain pay scales for specific office geographies, and implement global mobility frameworks.


The successful candidate will have experience in Total Rewards functions, with strong organisational and time management skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times. They will be a team player, pleasant, positive and open, with good ambassadorship qualities.

About Us

BW Offshore has over four decades of experience operating advanced offshore production systems and executing complex projects. Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage end-to-end annual salary review process: Ensure competitive, equitable, and compliant compensation structures
  2. Conduct job benchmarking: Use market compensation surveys and intelligence to determine appropriate pay ranges by location
  3. Develop, analyse, and maintain pay scales: Align with market trends and internal equity
  4. Design and implement global mobility frameworks: Include policy development, market analysis, and compensation cost projections for international assignments
  5. Collaborate with HC Business Partners: Support employee relocations and ensure global compliance in mobility processes
  6. Support evaluation and maintenance: Of job grading structures, ensuring consistency, fairness, and competitiveness across roles
  7. Assist and contribute: To Total Rewards related projects, supporting continuous improvement and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resource Management
  • Long relevant experience may replace formal education
  • Ideal 8-10 years working experience with hands-on work in Total Rewards functions
