Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Administrative Coordinator to join our team at TRYBE LIMITED. As an essential member of our administration department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and providing exceptional support to our residents and staff.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position that requires strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality service. You will work closely with our facilities management representative to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and make recommendations for process improvements. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing staff welfare items, booking rooms, recording meeting minutes, and conducting security screening requests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee scheduling, database, and finance for the residents.
  • Oversee documents related to the residents, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate meal arrangements for residents and shift staff.
  • Attend to phone calls and visitors to the Hostel.
  • Support other administrative functions, including emergency response situations.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should possess:
  • Critical thinking skills to analyze and resolve complex issues.
  • Strong communication and writing skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications:

Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
