About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead our corporate secretarial team. As a Senior Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of corporate secretarial professionals and ensuring the delivery of high-quality corporate secretarial services to our diverse client base.
This is a full-time position based in our Central Region office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a portfolio of clients in providing corporate secretarial services
- Handling full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties including incorporation, strike-off, preparation of directors'/shareholders' resolutions
- Monitoring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations, and implementing appropriate policies and procedures
- Liaising with statutory bodies, banks and other third-party business partners as required
What we're looking for:
- Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of company law, corporate governance, and regulatory requirements in Singapore
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Proven track record of leading and motivating a team to achieve high levels of performance
