About the Retail Function
The Retail function provides Personal and Business Banking customers with financial solutions tailored to their needs. We help them manage their money wisely and meet their financial goals through an extensive range of products and services.
Job Responsibilities
As a Senior Vice President, Business Unit Specialist, Group Retail, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting customer research, product design, customer journey and documentation
- Soliciting input on product design and customer journey from country and segment stakeholders
- Working closely with Functional Business Analysts to create target operating models
- Analyzing and documenting business requirements
- Providing input to functional business analysts to create functional and non-functional requirements
- Monitoring and managing risks/issues related to requirements and scope creep
- Reviewing and signing off final versions of Business Requirement Documents
- Transitioning business requirements to Functional Business Analysts
- Working with Test Managers and Testers to translate business requirements into test scenarios
- Planning and executing User Acceptance Tests
- Performing impact assessments and estimations for Project Change Requests
Job Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 12 years of working experience in the banking industry
- Good technical knowledge in credit cards, payments, unsecured lending and loyalty domains
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Powerpoint & Excel)
