Department Overview
The Retail division is dedicated to providing tailored financial solutions that meet the diverse needs of our customers. We empower individuals to manage their finances effectively and achieve their financial aspirations through a comprehensive suite of products and services, including deposits, insurance, loans, investments, and wealth advisory.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop Comprehensive User Journeys
- Design and implement end-to-end C360 workflows for the Single Customer View (SCV) and Leads Management tool, aligning with strategic business objectives.
- Advocate for business requirements and interests in the development of SCV and Leads Management functionalities.
2. Establish Business Processes
- Construct detailed user journeys for all relevant business processes associated with SCV and Leads Management within the C360 program.
3. Formulate Business Requirements
- Develop comprehensive Business Requirements Documents (BRD).
- Collaborate with the Tech and Operations Program Manager and functional Business Analysts to effectively structure and sequence SCV and Leads builds.
- For each build, prepare the business requirements document and business case, and assist in refining requirements when faced with technical complexities or constraints.
4. Revise the Business Case
- Continuously update the business case in response to evolving requirements and user feedback.
- Revise key deliverables, including Investment Proposals, BRDs, Business Cases, and User Adoption Plans.
5. Oversee Project Execution and Team Management
- Serve as the primary contact for Senior Stakeholders regarding the Service Request module within the C360 Program.
- Manage a small team of Business Specialists focused on SCV and Leads Management.
- Report directly to the Business PM Program Manager.
- Collaborate closely with the Tech & Operations team, including Functional Business Analysts and Project Managers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in business or marketing.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in retail or consumer banking.
- Experience in user journey design, end-to-end sales processes, and leads management is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of the local financial advisory landscape.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies, technology, and agile practices is preferred.
